Refund Policy

Verification review ($99 one-time)

• Full refund if we can't complete the verification, for example if we never receive access.
• Full refund on request before we start the checks.
• Once the checks are done and the evidence is published, the fee isn't refundable, because it paid for the work. An unfavorable verdict is not a reason for a refund: our one rule is that money can never change a verdict.

Sponsored placement ($79/month)

• Cancel any time; the placement runs to the end of the paid period.
• Prorated refund if we remove a placement early under our terms (for example, the kit is archived).
• Full refund if the placement never went live.
